The band has a circular touch-sensitive button for convenient use. HONOR Band 5 is available in Coral Pink, Meteorite Black, Midnight Navy, and Olive Green colors with multiple watch faces.

This is one of the highlights of HONOR Band 5. The SpO2 Monitor tracks oxygen saturation levels in your bloodstream to help you assess how your body adapts during workouts or at high altitudes.
Sleep Monitoring:
This health tracker with its TruSleep technology can recognize your sleep status and collect and analyze relevant data. It delivers real-time monitoring and analysis of your heart rate and breathing during your sleep. By tracking the quality of your sleep, it can identify six common sleeping problems. It can also give you 200 personalized sleep quality assessments and suggestions for better sleep.
Multiple Sports Modes:
HONOR Band 5 has multiple sports mode for better assessment of your activity. It can display your phone’s latest reminders and message received. It can deliver WhatsApp, Instagram, Message, Call, etc Notification alerts. And if you have misplaced your smartphone, you can also use the phone finder function on your wrist band to search out your phone.
Water resistance:
HONOR Band 5 is water-resistant for up to 50 meters. So, you can wear it while swimming, in the shower, while washing hands. A bit of rain won’t do it any harm either.

If you are looking for good quality and affordable fitness tracker, then HONOR Band 5 is a good option. It is comparable to the similarly priced Mi Smart Band 4 but is slimmer and has an added advantage of SpO2 Monitor. It has a sturdy build with comfortable straps that grip the fitness tracker securely. You might need a screen protector for the glass display. You’ll need to install Huawei Health-App to connect the band with your phone.
